Second stay at Torel Palace. Amazing boutique hotel, with awesome staff who are always happy to help. Breakfast is amazing with fresh and quality ingredients and plenty of variety. The views from the resort are breathtaking. There are plenty of places to see in the area, including the beautiful Torel Gardens. There are a couple of convenience stores close by as well as a barbers. The resort has undergone some work and this has only added to its beauty. The waiting staff are always polite and provide a good service. The housekeeping keep the rooms spotless and front of house staff are always polite, helpful and willing to assist with any issues. The stay was so comfortable, I decided to extend my time here.

This location was so peaceful. The property is tucked away on a hill and feels more like a quiet resort than a hotel in a metropolis. Upon arrival, we were welcomed to the breakfast buffet which had a terrace overlooking Lisbon. At check-in, we were happily surprised to be quickly upgraded from the apartment we had reserved to the villa. The villa was lovely with plenty of space for 2 or even 3 guests and its own private terrace and hot tub. More than anything, our party was blown away by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. We were so thankful for their help, with our luggage, meals, and transport, and overall for making our stay a stellar one.

In general a charming, relaxed hotel, great views of the city, many pretty places to sit and enjoy the rooftops city vibe. Staff were willing and warm. Breakfast was good. Penthouse suite was attractive and comfortable with good beds and great views of the skyline. There was construction happening just outside our window while we were staying, but management were very apologetic and did - after a few requests - get the workmen to stop on Saturday morning. They also compensated us for the inconvenience. This work will be finished in a couple of weeks and then there will be more penthouse accommodation.

An amazing resort with beautiful rooms. The hotel has a breath taking view of Lisbon and there are plenty of areas to take in the views. Breakfast was outstanding with attentive staff and a good selection of typical continental foods as well as some local speciality dishes. The welcome from the staff was great, they are all very attentive. Housekeeping were brilliant and provided an excellent service on a daily basis. The room was spacious and very comfortable with access to all modern amenities as well as grand pieces of vintage furniture.

This place is a gem, extremely well laid out with a view of the ocean from the bar deck. The breakfast room was exceptional with raw honey and everything imaginable for breakfast, including fresh baked goods, fresh fruit, dried fruit, and all manor of hot breakfast options. We actually had lunch and two dinners at our hotel, because all the food prepared was incredibly delicious in every way! Their chef is Michelin rated. The décor of this remodeled ancient structure was like out of an architectural magazine, truly magnificent!
